After registration, the provisions of the agreement apply to all workers in the workplace who are employed under the industrial agreement. 10 Employers are encouraged to use existing mechanisms in the public sector administrative framework to comply with the intention to amend Term 16. Options include secondment, temporary secondment, fixed-term employment contract, rule 22 offer of the RR Regulations for a registered worker, or the use of leave without a salary agreement, if any. A registered worker who accepts a job offer on his or her terms pursuant to Rule 22 of the RR Regulation ceases to be registered on the date the employment begins in an appropriate function, agency or position (in accordance with Rule 27).
