In line with the decisions taken in 2015 by the Paris Congress and the Executive Committee, the ETUC presented a model of an optional European legal framework for transnational enterprise agreements (ATTs). This would help to clarify the leadership role of the European trade union confederations (ETUF) in the negotiations, as well as the interaction between the different levels of collective bargaining and the effectiveness of these agreements. The ESC proposal is based on the following documents, the “OLF package” that has been developed in recent years: we are not talking about the signing of the latest fashion. We are also not talking about giving the company a facelift to be included in the current ranking. We are simply talking about reconciling and documenting the values and ideals that identify and differentiate our work, those that truly identify our ideals (and those of our counterparts) and that go beyond minimum regulatory requirements, while making visible the roadmap and the objective pursued. All of this is also linked to the management of labour relations and the transitional agreements of companies, whether they like it or not, will be increasingly visible in the globalized and interconnected world in which we live. The signing of an AAFC therefore strengthens relations between companies and workers by establishing clear and stable rules that resolve daily disputes (including when negotiating other agreements between the parties) and allows, among other things: the solution – in a globalized world where, after years of crisis, a large percentage of companies have been forced to look beyond borders to develop , or even survive – to understand what transnational business agreements are and why they are so useful. A TCA isn`t just an explanation of It sounds like science fiction, is it? An international agreement negotiated with workers` representatives that regulates issues such as working time. That`s impossible. And yet, these types of agreements have been signed for more than 10 years and there are already 300 transnational agreements identified in the joint database of the International Labour Organization and the European Commission, which have been signed in all kinds of industries and which regulate subjects as varied as pensions, outsourcing processes, measuring the efficiency of work or simple declarations of principles (in the simplest versions of the CAS). The attribute can be announced by a faulty behavior node to communicate TCA settings that are not aligned with TCA chords.
The implementation of the TCA parameters is outside the scope of this document.
