This agreement, together with any invoice issued by Palisade, constitutes the whole agreement between the parties regarding the purpose of this agreement and replaces any negotiation or agreement before or written or oral or written on this subject. An amendment to this Agreement is not binding on Palisade unless it is executed in writing by an authorized palisade representative. The validation verifies that the software has been activated and duly authorized. During a validation test, the software sends information about the software to Palisade. Among this information is the software activation ID.
